Encinitas Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair is a Collection Facility for your Used Oil and Filters. We can also provide you with a free* used motor oil collection container to make the job easier. This container is designed to assist in the collection and transportation of used oil.

Motor oil never wears out, it just gets dirty and can be recycled and then used again. Motor oil poured into the ground or into storm drains, or tossed into trashcans can contaminate our soil and water. Recycling your motor oil reduces this pollution threat. When you take your motor oil to a certified center for recycling, you are protecting the environment and conserving a valuable resource.

• Drain oil into a clean container with a tight fitting lid, such as a reusable combination drain pan/storage container. We can provide you with this container.
• Keep oil change pans free of water, dirt and other fluids. Oil that is contaminated with water or gasoline can't be recycled, and must be disposed of an inexpensive manner. To dispose fo contaminated oil and other household hazardous materials, call 1-800-CLEANUP.
• Did you know we can also recycle your oil filters? Please drain them prior to bringing them in.
